Conference Center

The 5,000-square-foot conference center on the sixth floor provides professional meeting and event space exclusively for tenants. The facility accommodates everything from small team meetings to catered events for up to 120 guests and features modern audiovisual capabilities.

The conference center is complimentary for all tenants and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Fitness Center

The fitness center on the lower level offers a full range of gym equipment: treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, weight machines, and free weights. Locker rooms include showers for tenants who exercise before work or during the day.

The facility also features an in-building pickleball court– one of the few within a Philadelphia office property. The fitness center and pickleball court are complimentary for all tenants.

On-Site Services

  • Santander Bank: Full-service branch on the ground floor for deposits, withdrawals, and account services.
  • The Coventry Deli: Breakfast and lunch options plus coffee, all without leaving the building.
  • UPS Drop-Off: Ship packages from the lobby.

Transportation

A complimentary shuttle runs throughout the business day, connecting 2000MKT to Suburban Station and the PATCO line. Covered parking and bike storage are available on the ground level.

2000MKT has made significant investments in sustainability:

Each floor at 2000MKT offers approximately 26,000 square feet with a centralized mechanical core and large column bays, creating wide-open, flexible office space that can be configured for virtually any use.

Whether a tenant prefers open collaborative areas, traditional private offices, or a mix of both, the floorplans accommodate it. Ceilings rise over 12 feet, and 5-foot-wide windows bring in abundant natural light. Depending on floor and orientation, views include the Schuylkill River, Rittenhouse Square, or City Hall.
